how to apply to college. Remember, you are applying as an undergraduate freshman.
1.
Create a professional email account. Do
not use addresses such as gangboy911@aol.com, sexygirl86@yahoo.com,
etc. Remember to be professional in all of your communication with
colleges. For

2.
Create accounts on the College
Board and ACT websites.
Sign
up for the SAT, SAT Subject Tests and the ACT.

3. Ask for 2 teacher recommendations
by October 1st. If an application asks for your teacher's email
address, always use the college office email address:

4. Forms will ask for your counselor
and school address and phone numbers, you can find them here:

5. The best way to
research schools is to visit them or speak with an admissions officer. Click

6. Create an account
with the
Princeton Review. Organize your college application process and
search for college matches. Then, research the recommendations made
by Princeton Review.
7. Do a college search
on the College Board website. www.collegeboard.com
